I was dealing with some family matters with a very sick uncle. I miss posting here. I just didn't feel like doing anything fun. I poked my nose in now and then, but I am back for those that wish to follow.
Borussia Dortmund PK (+100) vs. Bayern Munich 3 Units
Prediction: 2-0, 2-1
Borussia Dortmund are trying to win a domestic double today. Their opponent Bayern Munich have played inconsistant during the regular season. But as we all know they are in the CL Final and that's evidence that they have been successful in competitions. I don't know why and I don't have the answer to that fact.
I just don't understand how Bayern are the favorite in this match. They have performed poorly against the top Bundesliga clubs, have lost the last four matches against B. Dortmund and there is the added risk for Bayern backers with a lack of focus due to the CL Final next Saturday.
B. Dortmund have given up the fewest goals away from home and have scored the most goals away from home. The final is in Berlin and thats a neutral pitch which favors Dortmund.
Finally, Dortmund have not lost a match in their last 20. 16-0-4
On a side note: My brother is in Germany this week and 100kms from Dortmund. He told me the atmosphere is great and he will be in a pub soaking it up as a neutral.
